Building on Course 2 of the Open Access Learning Pathway, this live virtual segment will dive into pricing strategies, business models, and the key revenue streams and cost structures that shape OA publishing today.
This is a practical, engaging and interactive session, using financial modelling to analyse the financial impacts of launching new, or transitioning subscription journals to, OA.
