Course Summary: 

Building on the first part of the course (The Economics of Open Access – Financial Fundamentals, delivered as an On-Demand module), this live virtual segment will dive into pricing strategies, business models, and the key revenue streams and cost structures that shape OA publishing today.  

Our expert tutors will bring theory to life through real-world case studies and financial modelling. Delegates will gain hands-on experience, with plenty of opportunities to analyse scenarios, exchange ideas, and deepen understanding through discussion.  

Designed for publishing professionals tasked with developing OA journals and portfolios, as well as anyone involved in creating a business case for OA transitions and growth planning, this course is a crucial stepping stone to completing your OA journey.
