Course Summary:
Becoming a manager can be daunting for even the most accomplished people in publishing. Fortunately, management is a skill like any other that can be learnt and developed through self-awareness and practice.
This course offers new and developing managers a framework and approach to help support the transition into management, along with plenty of practical tips and tools to help them master the essentials and build confidence. Throughout, delegates will be encouraged to share their own experiences and to explore new ideas and techniques through breakout discussions and case studies, all grounded in the context of real-world publishing.

Please note: Delegates will not receive a recording of the training course. Read helpful information for delegates attending.
